Kalidindi C.B.E

“Having worked at a national level on improving the health and wellbeing of the workforce for a number of years, this took a very personal turn for me, when I found myself a few years ago, as a senior, high performing leader, on the brink of burnout. Coaching alongside employing evidence based interventions, helped me to turn this around and optimise my own resilience and performance. In turn, this has enabled me to better support the people and teams that I lead, improving the quality of care and experience for patients too.”

Psychiatrist of the Year, RCPsych, presented by Sir Norman Lamb.
