OUR PURPOSE

klip Global uses the powers of science and community to provide preventative, restorative, transformative, holistic wellbeing care.

Science-backed and personalised, we focus on enabling people to recognise how they can unlock the true genius that lives at their core, to empower them to flourish and live healthier lives.

Our process

Our founder

Dr. Sri Kalidindi is an award-winning psychiatrist with decades of NHS and clinical experience, dedicated to transforming mental health and workplace wellbeing. Her accolades include Psychiatrist of the Year (2017-18, Royal College of Psychiatrists), a CBE awarded by Her Majesty the Queen in 2019, a National Clinical Excellence Award, and an advisory role with the World Health Organisation.

Her personal experience of reaching the brink of burnout whilst in high-performing national leadership roles led her to profound recognition: workplace wellbeing demands a more scientifically robust, medically driven approach. She applied the very methods she now teaches to rebuild resilience using evidence-based strategies to turn this around, an approach embedded in klip Global.

As a coach, she empowers senior leaders and high-performing professionals to achieve new levels of health, well-being, and success. She is passionate about ensuring individuals and organisations thrive together.
